Overall great detail, something i could never achieve, but architecture is wrong, especially towards the back, the kind of boat you are trying to create (below) has a far taller back to it that also leans back on a slant:

the lower section of the boat is also a lot taller and has less ports because most of the time it will be under water lol, u have also put on too many cannons and have stretched them to the far end of the ship whereas really they are placed at the front 2/3 of the ship.
I dont want this to sound negative lol, cos i think its really cool what youve made, but one thing su may have gone too far with the cannons lol
Keep working on it, this could turn out to be great

hmmm lol, i see, sorry :-) otherwise then a brilliant start, maybe though it would look a little less weird if the bottom of the ship was completed heh, kinda difficlut to work out proportions heres me thinkin that that is the bottom

I always liked the look of old sailing ships but don't really know much about them so I can't comment on the accuracy of the model but your work looks very good. Nice detail.

thanks to all of you guys =)
Me either i dont know about boats. but with good references we can achieves good stuff =) i found my references on ebay a guy who was selling his hand made wood model of a boat and had a lot of pictures =)
this boat is called "foreign the seas" and its a really huge boat!
what is fun about modeling stuff you dont know its your learn a lot about the thing you modeling. =)
Nice work, great attention to detail! But I think texturing it will be a NIGHTMARE, so I just want to wish you good luck on that, cause you're gonna need it

dont worry about the texture ! i willl put the same energy on it as the modeling so it will kick ass. BEcause most of the feeling are made with the texture! so i dont wanna ruin my model with bad textures! =)

Good effort. The masts seems to be a too small for this size ship.

I think this ship looks amazing. I especially like the net on the masts. But one thing that has been bugging me about the model is the size of the hull. Even in your reference pics the hull is large in volume to accomodate displacement of mass, thus allowing it to float. Maybe I missed it in one of the earlier posts, but it seems like the lower cannons (which look really awesome, by the way) would be underwater unless the hull were larger. Really terrific work, though, and I can't wait to see what you pull of with it.

Sweet a post !
Thanks normchorus but for the hull its not done yet hehe its why its look like the canons will be in the water it miss a part! I will make it and do a post ;P its probably why its still look odd! i was more working on the top of the boat right now then the bottom =) I attached a image of what i want =)
Thanks again for the comments =) its realy apreciated !

Looking great,
I really cant comment much, cause it looks very good. But the sails look a bit small to me but i don't know anything about ships so maybe it is correct.
Keep going,
Erik

Maybe you are right. my references are not realy good for proportion stuff. so when all the boat is done i will fix some proportional stuff to be sure its all oki with other references. still have a lot of work to do with that boat =) but thanks for the comment!
