Hi, I'm the writer, producer of the Ultraviolent, an animated film I'm working on in my personal time. I'm looking for concept artists who might be able to pitch in on some designs for the film. In particular, I'm looking for environment/architectural, vehicle, and character artists. You can see more about the movie HERE (http://www.ecreativityworks.com/)

This is not a paying job and if you are joining you should look at it from an exposure/practice/hobby standpoint at this time, although things will hopefully change for the better in time. There is a lot of work that has gone into the creation of this film to give it a professional quality and should you decide to participate, you should feel confident that this is something that will see the light of day.

Obviously this will be done in your spare time, but it is important that if you decide to commit to something, please be able to finish what you start.

Shade i wish i felt confident enough to join you in this endeavor because i can't wait to see this movie come to light.. I wish you all the best luck in the world and if there is anything i could contribute then i would surely notify you.. Good luck man, :thumbsup:

Been watching your project in the other forums. Thanks for coming over to the collabs with something so developed!

I don't know if he has time, but I HIGHLY recommend Element5 as an exceptional collabs concept artist;)

You should also post your work in one of the cg films forums, your progress would be a good example for the 'concept creation' area especially

Since signing a co production agreement (http://www.moviesonline.ca/movienews_4676.html), Ultraviolent has gained a lot of momentum. We've secured some excellent concept artists and you can see a glimpse of the incredible work being turned out on our homepage (http://www.ecreativityworks.com/). There is a lot developing behind the scenes and some exciting things happening within the next few months. Until these things come to fruition, we keep working hard to produce a film at a high quality that I think will surprise people when they see the new footage.

So, Im putting one final call out for artists, in particular we need 3d artists now, mostly for modeling. I don't care what software you use to model as long as you can export an .obj format, but preference would be for maya and lightwave users. The important thing is that you are good at what you do. Maintaining a high level of quality has been important in getting us this far. The positions are still unpaid, but alluding back to exciting things happening within the next few months, anything can happen ;)

If we work well together, you move to the front of the line.
