View Full Version : My Sunday-afternoon Mocca project
I created this animation this afternoon using the mocca module. Animating facial expression has become quite easy in R8.
Antennas and body are animated using SoftIK, the head is animated using Cappuchino and I used Posemixer to animate the facial expressions.

Please don't ask me what kind of animal it is. I did not think about what I wanted to create, I was just modelling :)

it's good, but maybe the head rotation needs some work, it's currently just side to side, maybe if it was a little bit more up and down too. it's very cool that you could do this in just an afternoon though... very cool indeed

Very cool - especially for a few hours work.
I think it's a cross between a 1970's space hopper and an aubergine ;)

I like it! I second Sadie's comment re the head rotation. Almost always when a character turns his/her head from side to side there's an arc in the turn with the head pointing slightly down midway--more eliptical.
