Looking pretty good as far as anatomy goes at this stage. =) You may want to pay a bit of attention to her right elbow though (the one to our left).
Another thing you may want to check out some better reference on: the head of the cello; it's not quite right. I played the violin in an orchestra during my school years, and I've seen plenty of cellos up close...because you know, for some reason the cutest girls in the orchestra always play the cello (that's almost besides the point, but...). =)
I really like the composition and the colors. You have something going there. Good luck with it! =)

Thanks for your comments. I do have a couple of refernces for the Cello and am following them but this obviously still in a fairly rough stage. The left arm is giving me fits with its foreshortening but I am hoping that the shading and detail stages will clean it up a bit.
