looks good, but a few things:
* The horizon is flat. Round it off a little bit to make it more realistic.
* It is just the boat and a dock floating in the water? There is no shoreline in either view.
The modeling is good. The textures are good for a plastic inflatable boat.

what stephen said, plus the water isnt pleasing me =/ model looks great though, maybe make the "inflatable" parts look more tangible, like rubbery.. they look metal right now

Looks really clean, maybe to clean. Adding some subtle fractal noise to the material(spec, diff, bump) might help to break up the perfectness.

Joril, there are bump maps, maybe is the very compressed file jpeg...
And you are right about the dock, but this is not meant to be a scenario, is the presentation of the boat.
I made the dock just because it was a little bit strange a boat without the crew in the middle of the sea...(i know maybe is to strange even a boat with a dock in the middle of the sea...:p , but at least you may imagine that there is something behind the camera...)
