Hi Guys - Relative newbie on the block. I do most of my work over at SciFi-Meshes, but my current project is not really in their general genre.
I finally took the time to fully rebuild a 'aether ball' that I designed for an RPG about fifteen years ago. One of my failings is that I like to build from the inside out, so this one is literally from the keel up. Most of the work over the last months has been structural and putting together a working landing-leg arrangement. I'm finally at the point where I can render up some images of the decks, with static legs that I know would work.
This one is the engineering deck - it still has a long, long way to go on it, with a lot more equipment around the outer ring, and almost nothing started for the 'central core'. It's slowly getting there however.
