I appologise if this thread might be in the wrong forum but...
I need to put together a list of apps and hardware that I would need to create and composite cg elements on to live plates.
I'm part of a small project to create a animated short (10mins) and I'm going to be creating the CG elements in max and then compositing them onto the scanned film.
Can anyone offer any advice on what hardware would be required to handle this kind of task. Software wise I'm already set on Max & combustion.
Also any recomendations on editing software?
