That is really, really nice! Very pleasant environment. I love the bed covers, but I wonder about that thin lighter colored stripe on the right hand side. Is that part of the pattern, or a seam?

Very nice lighting. It's a shame about the polygonal pillows and the very stretchy bed cover texture. Also, the right bed lamp seems to be on, but is emitting no light.

It's probably worth fixing those things and just re-rendering while you sleep. :p

well done! My only complaint is at the foot of the bed the bed cover isn't folded or wrinkled in the corners. I looks too smooth there. But other then that it's magnific!

Hi,

Thanks psan, tomma, ja3d, parky, ahmed, sue, haan, blueflame, dixit, tencendur, dd, tcp, rockmetalray, azozel thanks all for the reply :) .

ahmed -

Modeling - spline modeling curves, arcs to get the curtain feel and then extrude.

The curtain material -

vray shader -

diffuse - light cream
Bump - noise more tilling of about 14 each. Value - 15 / 20.
refraction - greysih black.

Renderrrrrrr :scream: .

Sue3d - thanks, its a complete material a bit a uvw mapping issues :D.

tencendur - thanks a lot for that cc. got to know about it once i checked the image in detail. i guess about the lights the material is a bit more illuminated. was out of town, but now back shoot a render and post it soon. :) plan to get a night rende shot also:thumbsup:.

Thanks for all comments.

nice work.. :bounce: but im still on that light fallin on the floor.. how is it of the same intensity throughout.. especially when the window is covered by a 20% transparent curtain.. im guessing its the vray shader.. it not very much noticable.. but hey if you want perfection:thumbsup: ..look into it.. ive been following your work. from years now.. and its surely developed a lot.. and somehow ive alawys been there to give you C&C.. i can say this is your best work yet..

gosh what a lighting. and those fabric materials are well set up. this is material wizardry!!! ;) also the carpets are realistically bend, like they were somewhat in use over the time
here are my "only details" 2 cents ;) :
perhaps the glasses are bit too huge and the white part of right lamp on the bed, is a bit too bright. i find the left poster has bit too much contrast for being so near to the light source. also try to put the poster not so tight to the wall. give it some speculars and then some cuvature of the paper as it was not straight streched up to the wall. what about some lightstreaks with a bit of dust highlits in it. it would liven up the scene. desaturate the photo a very bit on the left nightdesk. the curtain rail could have some bigger diameter.
do something about the plants. they look a bit plastic. especially the right one.

excellent reflections of the curtains to the wall!! and a really nice panorama. what a nice place to be! you got me :)
4 stars
