hi guys,

i really do not know whats happened...
but i can not convert my poly head into subd...

Thats the failed massage..:

polyToSubdiv -ap 0 -ch on -aut on -maxPolyCount 1000 -maxEdgesPerVert 16 |pCube1|pCubeShape1;

I have to try it in the way it is written down in the message
but i also can`t convert...

NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like you have two errors. First try changing the default max polygon number from 1000 to like 10000 in the 'SubD Option box', you also have the ability to change the edge option higher also to say 64 but this may not be necessary.
Next open up the 'polygon cleanup option box' and check off the nonmanifold option. Hope that helps.

Try working clean - 4 (!) sided polys and no nonmanifolds. Read the manual on nonmanifold. I know how that "... failed." massage sucks. keep it up.
