I was wondering why everytime i try to open Aura with 3ds Max 7 in the environment rollout, it tells me I have to get the new version, i have the lastest version. Has anyone else had this problem?

The Aura beta soft runs only for a limited time. Probably your version expired some time ago ...
It is possible there's no new version available at this stage. There are gaps between the time they expire and the release of a new version.
Keep an eye on the chaosforum to keep track...
