hi all,
a short animation of a mecha-claw and bug in live action+cg.

the cg elements are not rendered (only a dummy shadow was rendered by Rushi, a colleague of mine)

i sincerely thank the team that created the super cool mecha models and rigs -

wow this is great! I hope you render that stuff so it will look even better.

The camera movement, sounds...all seems fantastic for now.

Very nice man, great to see the rigs put to good use. Definatly (if its in the cards) it would really look sharp all cleaned up and rendered out. Other then that, keep it up.

PS- no idea when a new sets coming, soon i hope.

thanks a lot Profane, Sceme, and thanks a ton for taking a look, Kiel...really appreciate the free rig sets and i am surely looking forward for some more supercool stuff.....

hi todd, i suppose you are behind a firewall (try and disable it and then download) or try right click 'save target as'......

it will be a while before the scene is rendered as we are relocating in the coming weeks...

would love to hear from the rest...it's encouraging ;)

Wow! Really looks AWESOME! The interaction between the life-action stuff and the CG is just perfect! It must have been hard to track & synchronize the car-movements with the road-movement?!! Also the animation looks really great to me! :)

I just cán't wait for the rendered version! :)

Really állot good luck! :) ,

Great, I like it, it has a great sense of speed and motion, the way you've got the mech to kick out the window and quickly shuffle outside is very well done, gives it a bit of an evil streak. As for that other thing...i can only assume it's about to get blown to pieces.

As above, would very much like to see a high-quality rendered version :buttrock:
