I have been studying and working within the Art & Design industry for the past 6 years, and at the moment I am trying to break into the Art and 3D sector of the Games Industry. I have gained an excellent range of knowledge and skills ie. illustration and colour skills from studying/working as an Illustrator, vast experience in Photoshop from working as a Designer/Digital Artist and some experience in 3DS Max. This range of knowledge and skills extends from initial visionary concepts such as sketching and storyboards and continues through to characterisation, some animation, texturing and modelling skills and again on to multimedia developments, also, at times, an obsession with computer games (spanning from the ZX Spectrum to my Playstation 2 today).

At the moment I need to work on some live projects and gain the tools to become a Games Artist, 2D or 3D. This live experience could come in any form, maybe a chance of some freelance work, or to gain the relative experience working free on some briefs from my studio. As I have worked in the design industry I KNOW THAT TIME IS VERY PRECIOUS and you don't have a minute to yourself, but if anyone could help me out I would be very grateful, thank you for your time.
