Hey,
With the large number of experienced PRMan users on this board I figured that someone might want to take a shot at this:
Double Negative of London has just posted an opening for Shading Supervisor.
My apologizes for not placing this in the job section but:
1. I am not affiliated with this company.
2. Their requirements are very specific.

Double Negative Visual Effects: Shading Supervisor
We are looking to recruit an experienced shader developer to join our visual effects team in London. Working with our shader writers across all of Double Negative's projects the Shading Supervisor will liaise closely with our R&D department to create shaders for a wide variety of VFX challenges ranging from creatures to complex digital environments. The Shading Supervisor will also be involved in the continuing development of Double Negative's proprietary VFX rendering pipeline which includes particle and volume rendering tools.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a high end feature film VFX environment and have a good understanding of PRMan, including writing shaders, shadeops, and procedurals. They should also be well versed in maya/mel and C++ development. A creative imagination with strong eye for colour and composition is essential as is the ability to convey your ideas to others. A history of pipeline development is a big plus.
Based in the heart of London's Soho district Double Negative is a major provider of digital visual effects for film and television. Over the last seven years our Emmy-award-winning team has worked on over 40 productions including Pitch Black, Enemy at the Gates, Cold Mountain, AvP and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Current projects include Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Doom and Pride and Prejudice. We have recently completed our work as lead vendor on Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins, due to be released this summer.
If you are interested and have the required level of experience then we'd love to hear from you. Please send your cv to Alex Hope on alex@dneg.com and copy in Paul Franklin on paul@dneg.com and Rick Leary on rjl@dneg.com.
