Hello everyone,

I thought that a Max license cannot be sold to another person with the exception of certain circumstances. Isn't this true?

I know someone who wants to sell his copy of Max, it's registered as a company license. He says he can sell it, but I don't think he can. Even if someone bought it, it could not be upgraded right?

Someone know more about this than I do?

yeah you can. A studio sold their copies before at maxforums.org. The ownder had to ok it with discreet first though.
