hey all,

this is a test render-i still have some elements to add(more cars,people,etc)-the model is xsi and rendered in mental ray-any suggestions, crits or comments are welcome-i have to have it basically finished by next wed so its almost to the point of no return.thanks

-i've attached the last render of the set for anyone who took a look at it-thanks for the comments-you'll notice i added a foreground element which helped balance it out(thanks for the suggestion).i guess i'm reasonably happy eith it,but there are lots of tweaks i'll probably do next term.anyway, any crits, comments are welcome,

later.

p.s-i submitted it to the finished section too,but decided to post it here in case it doesn't make it in-thanks

Youve got the right style. i think it would benefit from a render at a greater height, to give it a sense of size and height(obviously)

really nice so far, something right in front of the lens would be nice too, a part of a bridge or something, would add realism, also some thing on the "floor", smaller buildings, just to take the flatness away there, inbetween the street and the rail, somthing like maintance stuff

Looks realy slick dude, I realy like the buildings and the way the railway is sunk into the ground below streetlevel. I'd like to see some updates :buttrock:

Man ! This is awesome! I thought earlier of doing the same model from some stills from the Fritz Lang movie. But I think you do a better job than I would have done. I love it!

Keep it up!
