Is it possible to render wireframe on a paintfx tree ?
Letīs say I pain a tree for example oakheavy on the viewplane. When my camera zooms in I want the tree to fade out into a wireframe model of the same tree.

Is it possible and if it is how ?

Yeah, it's doable. First, check out this (http://www.jozvex.com/tutorials/wireframe.html) tutorial.
Then, paint your tree, select it and go to Modify>Convert>PaintFX to Polygons.
Now, use the tutorial and use it for your tree.
