Hi,

What would be the best workflow to be able to use a texture/brush along a path? Lets say i want to paint the lines on a curvy street (and dont want use a plain color but some flowers or a checker pattern) how can i manage this in ps?
Waht would be a good way?

If I understand you correctly, that would be to make a path, with the pen tool, and then in the Path palette choose stroke, with the path selected. First though you have to choose and/or make the brush you want to stroke the path with.

For lines in the middle of the street for example, make long square brushes and then set the spacing to quite high, so that you will get space inbetween the lines.

You have to have the right brush selected while you make a "path stroke".

I think this works best for simpler shapes or lines.
