Another question.

In a fluid simulation , particles move like crazy.
How to slow down it?

to stop emission set "rate" to 0 and check the speed of emission if you doesn't like the speed of movement

Because Fluid don't have a rate parameters and when i said ''bounce like crazy'' i don't mean particles speed.
