The model looks good IMO.
You need higher res textures for such close up and a bit less saturated.
The trans maps on lashes are not working fine. You may add shadows and remove the blur in the corner of the eye.

The modeling is nicely done and features are well balanced. In case you are going for realism it would definitely benifit a lot by adding details to the eyes; especially the white area which wouldn't be as bright at it is now. The skin shader can also be enhanced by desaturating it slightly. Overall nice work~

the shader is too saturated and you are missing the bump map(or tool low), you should show a bit of small variations in color(check my last pic)

I am not an expert on anatomy, but to me the eyes see to flat with the heap, I feel that with some eyelids it would help define the shape more, rather than just seeming to end where the eyes start.

Good start. But you should have post it on WIP. Wxcept for what other sayed, she has no ears and quite a big portion of her head is missing (on the back side).
