hey! does anyone know how to crop out a man walking in a video... ? in c* ... i want to crop out just the man walkin but he is not behind a blue screen/.... ????

you can do such a thing with rotoscoping. Draw a freehand mask around him, click "next frame", and go for a long party ,-)

it depends on what kind of background he IS working on. There are more ways to pull a key than just straight bluescreen work. Post a screenshot and we/I can fire out ideas.

Could it be that maybe he needs to be infront of the blue screen and not behind? joke.

How many frames do you need to roto the dude for?

thanks a tonnnnnn guys.. there isnt a paticular shot im working on... i just wanted to learn how to do it thats all... im a newbie to combustion trying to get all the knowledge i can about it...
