I have one background in max that I want to render only one time and than compose in aftereffect with char-animation but how can I export shadow for compose?

That's where the "matte/shadow" material comes in handy.

Apply this matte/shadow material to all objects aside from your character, check the "opaque alpha", turn on "receive shadows", and try a render. You should see your character now, still no shadows though. But hit the "Display Alpha Channel" button in the VFB, and you should see the outline of the character and its shadow. Hooray. Save it somewhere, and check out how well it composites. Remember to save to a fileformat that supports alpha (.tiff for instance)

I ran over this topic kinda fast I guess..hm. I suggest you look up the matte/shadow material in the helpfile for the various ways of how it works, but feel free to ask here for details, it can be a little tricky to get the hang of at first.
