ZeroLogic,

The best way, I've found, is to go to Imageshack. They let you upload a certain number of images for free and it generates the code so you can link to your pictures here on the forum.

What format is your image? judging from the size (2mb) it sounds like a .bmp. If you can, try either reducing the resolution (1024x768) or converting it to a jpg format. If you don't know how to convert your image htere is an excellent free image viewer that converts to several formats as well called xnview.

Hope this helps.

Unless things have changed, you have to sign up for an account which doesn't cost anything and you get 10 credits free. A credit is basicly one image upload. So you can get 10 images hosted for free.

You might also want to search Google for free image hosting and see what pops up :) . There are several sights that will do it for free.

Also I did a little searching myself and found:

http://www.uploadengine.com/ & http://photobucket.com/

Check them out and see if they are what you are looking for.
