Hi, I am a 2D Flash animator who is interested in expanding my skills beyond doing content for the web. So far I've experienced the life of a freelancer and company employment that is basically on (for a few months) then off again. I previously posted in the General Discussion area of CG Talk and they referred me to you guys. :)

So, what are some of the job titles/positions involved with your work?
What's the employment demand like for artists who're specialized in Adobe Aftereffects? Between the video game and CG effects industry, where are Aftereffects specialists most needed at?
Does your work correllate with online animation as well?
Because the US Government's Occupational Outlook doesn't have any specific career info on CG artists, what editorials or magazines do you guys read to get a big picture of CG careers?
What invaluable skills could I contribute to the effects industry as a Flash animator?

I am also a college student at SFSU and for now my major is Broadcast.
