Okay, so this is one of my models where I just start modeling with no concepts. C&C is welcome, I'll need some help trying to imagine a new type of creature. http://cgtalk.com/images/smilies/grin.gif

the first thing that sprang into my mind when I saw this were huge eyes and plenty of bags and folded skin under those eyes.

i think that you can make something like a fish/girl creature with that mouth, it looks pretty fishy like really pointy

Thanks for the suggestions, I tried modeling the eyes earlier but it just didnt work. Maybe some very round eyes would work.
