I'm trying to make a walk-thru of an environment I did, I attached a new camera to a motion path, and the camera moves along it just fine. However, when I choose to render out that camera, from the drop down list of cameras (Maya Software render) beside the persp camera it says (Renderable) however, next to camera1, the camera I wish to render out, it doesn't say that, and when I choose it, it just changes back to to persp after i close out the render options window. How can I get camera1 to be renderable?

thanks.

Hi

Select your camera, call up the attribute editor, and scroll down to where it says output settings, and make sure renderable is checked. That should solve your problem. As a precation i usally check all the other cameras and turn this attribute off if I don't want it to render in Batch.
