spotlight menu in photoshop

umm... from your description I'm not sure exactly what you mean. If I'm thinking right, you want text illuminated by a spotlight for each menu option then I'm assuming you'll use the images in a webpage or interactive piece?

This is really simple... how much experience do you have with photoshop?
