Pretty lips you've got there, but I think they miss some depth - try adding more shadows, and using more than one color. For example, shade with dark red instead of orange, mix in some dark, dark green and such.

I recommend Enayla's lips tutorial, it's the best one out there -> http://www.furiae.com

PS - I love the colors you used for the lips, they look very, very pearly :)
