View Full Version : Mental Ray/Maya Batch Bake White Pixels?

Anyone know how to rid my lovely MR Batch Baked lightmaps of the those pesky white pixels. I have hdr/ibr lighting my scene and everything looks great in render, but having this issue when i bake out the Light/Color preset. Any help would rule, I have been painting out thse pixels in photoshop, seems like the 10 minutes spent doing this is faster than tweaking at this stage in the game for me. Any help would rock. Thanks.

Im not sure that do you have the same problem that I do? In my scene light comes from windows and strikes to the ground and the light edges in the lightmap are pixelated. I tried the spotlight/arealight and added sampling to 64x64 but still I see the pixels? have you found solution?
