if you just want some poses, use the belt funktion. You don't even need any collider tag at all. If belt looks strange (probably on the lower part of the skirt) paint a vertex map for belt. Keep in mind that values between 50% and 100% look pretty much the same while there are big differences between 1% and 2%.

Something I forgot:


You need to animate this, even if you need the stills only. Clothilde needs time to move the clothes around, so leave enough frames between the poses. Play through your scene frame by frame untill you reach your pose. If you like what you see, bake it! If you have minor mistakes, you can fix them after baking by moving the cloth's points around and then hitting 'Update Frame' in the cloth tags AM.
