my first short animation of maya

This is better than I was expecting since you said it was a first animation. Nice texturing, modeling, compositing, especially for a first animation. You should add a render or just a frame from the animation to this thread so people will know what they're about to download, maybe then more people will download and have more advice to offer. The only thing that really bothered me was the cracks in the lense, they just looked like some embossing from photoshop. This animation reminds me of the short animation of the alien on the desk, Les Tribulations.

thanks for your advices. actually I finish this just before the due dat of the project so I have no time to improve the last cracks. And, I got the idea from the alien on the desk :>

thanks for your guys, I think I made a mistake. That's not my first animation but the first maya animation. I've used max for couples of years. I just start learing maya this year
