According to MacCentral, the latest version (CS2) will increase the memory allocation for Photoshop on a Mac G5 beyond the current 2Gb limit - asssuming of course that you have more on board.
I cannot find any reference to this on Adobe's site - but does anyone here know what the maximum memory limit will be on a G5? Would it be the full 8Gb?
And could anyone include a link to some more info?
i.e. What should the memory pref. settings be as a percentage of available memory etc, etc etc?
Many thanks. Have been waiting for this news for a long time!
Cheers,
D.
