If the message is right then why would you want to do that? If you don't care then I don't think you can aviod this warning.

If you're using fonts that other people might not have, you will get this message - you can however rasterize your text layers, i.e. turn them into pixels on a layer rather than editable truetype text. Rasterizing will save you that warning.

Obviously only want to do this if you don't need to edit your text anymore.
