Any of the nForce 4 mobos will be the best bet for a 939 pin Athlon 64s. They are awesome.

Only boards i know that have both PCI Express and PCI-X are the dual (Tyan has a 8way in the works.. see here:http://www.hardwarezone.com/articles/view.php?id=1477&cid=18&pg=9) Opteron boards based on the Nforce Pro 2200 and 2050 chipsets.

Good boards those, will be getting one soon..

But assuming you meant "PCI Express / X" as in the same thing (which its not) then anything based on nforce4 or the nforce pro 2200 is a good board. Granted you want to stick to more reliable mobo makers like Asus or MSI...

nForce4 boards with PCI-E just flat out rock.

I have Asus A8N SLI, Gigabyte GV-3D1, Tyan K8WE and each gets 2 thumbs up!

They are the absolute best AMD boards yet. With the new venice core revision shipping this week, they will be an unbeatable match.
