View Full Version : illustrator: a serie of three
jeroentje 09-28-2002, 10:49 PM Some more old stuff. This is about 4 years old.
It was meant to be as a big triptych (thank you Roel for translating the Dutch "drieluik") using screen print technique.
They never got printed somehow and now I've lost interest in doing so.

I really like the third one the best, the feline with the moon.

Your illustrations remind me of another artist named Joe Average. Have you seen any of his work?

Well done. You have a great way of designing with simple shapes and forms. I like your flat work alot.:beer:

is an interesting exemple of minimalist taste
(Kan iemand "drieluik" voor me vertalen?)
Roel, your on-line interpreter, at your service:
drieluik = triptych

what i meant was, if you had a vector graphics version, it would make a nice design for a hooded sweatshirt.
you know, like the ones those crazy skateboard kids just love wearing?
i really love minimal palette work, but that's mainly because i have really pathetic colour theory, and the only images i can make work are those that only have three shades of blue and nothing else :)
