Hi,

I got this Idea when a dear friend was reading and telling me about a chapter from Douglas Hofstadter's "Mind's I"..
It suggests "what if the genes were the living intelligent beings and they make us up, as exteriors to protect themselves.."...oh well! can't explain it myself, guess I'll go and read the book myself...in the mean time, This is the gene/strain that controls all and was lost to all knowledge, so now it stays secrectly...survives...

Hope you like it...as before...modeled in 3dsMAX and post processed in photoshop...

i like it a lot, what kills it is that logo in the top right lol. Also if i were to redo this id blur out those jiggally lines of black at the bottem. Other then that it does have a lot of strain.

Very cool! I can't really crit it because it is abstract, but it looks cool and thats all that matters right? good job.

[geneticlone]: I agree with the logo part, I guess, I was busy or too lazy to change it...those black wavy lines tho look cool, see what you see here is a lo res version...I had made this for print...so the resolution is far higher...and I guess I enjoy the detail that it brings up...
