CGTalk - copy and paste key frames?

I'm looking and not yet finding the way to copy and
paste key frames. I have an ffd4x4x4 and a bend modifier
that I want to copy and paste values from later on down
the time slider. I'm tying to get a breathing effect.

That's all in the Trackview (Curve Editor/Dope Sheet). Just select the keys you want to copy and SHIFT-MOVE them. You can copy/cut/paste individual tracks by selecting them and choosing cut/paste either in RClick/Menu (MAX 5) or the cut/paste buttons (R4).

okay, I'm seeing it now xyz, but I still don't see the keys for
my modifiers... having trouble.
