hello there,
I typically avoid doing people in 3d like the black death (because i have a terrible time with proportions, etc), but after seeing so many here w. the last challenge, I thought i might give it a try.

This is only the base model for me to get the pose/proportions/etc right... Am i on the right track? Proportions good? Pose? Am I even conveying a hint of the emotional content that is in the sketch?

Thanks in advance,
Chris

thanks for the encouragement, guys!
btw-it's so much easier to adjust something w. 8 points than 88... i just felt a need to set up something solid to work from before charging in w. all the detail. maybe it's just my art training, or possibly my experience with making things badly out of proportion...

also, if anyone wants to check out my site, i have plenty o art there; 2d, 3d, even some VET files to play with.
