and the eyes could look a bet more realistic.

i agree with freddy about more tones, the human face has no base tone. it has veins, zits, scars, etc.

from experience in oil painting, i know that really soft green shades helps, and very dark violets.

also you kan darken some areas using the same base color with multiply in photoshop.
