Does Any knos how to scale uniform in 2 axis in 3d max 5.0?
without use numeric.

ps: Maybe is stupid question but I can scale uniform in max 5.0 sooorryy..

you can change from non-uniform to uniform using the preferences . . . go to customize/preferences/gizmos . . . there you can mark uniforum scale
