lamarvenoy 03-30-2005, 11:37 PM I was pondering the idea of modeling a guitar for my final project in my 3ds max class at school. I was just wondering what the general concensus is on what method would give me the best outcome (ex. nurbs, editable poly, etc.) any ifeedback would be gretaly appreciated

Depends on what you're most comfortable with I guess. I'm a big fan of the edit poly route but like I said, it's what I'm most comfortable with. You could always look around for tutorials on building such a model and see how that artist accomplished the task and then decide which works best for you.
