Digital Domain's Commercials Division has an immediate opportunity for a senior level Character TD.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience designing animator friendly character setups for hero creatures with intricate articulation, complex enveloping, and dynamic motion for the high-end feature film industry. Prior experience developing, building and implementing character pipelines with multiple resolution puppet and creature rigs through the expert knowledge of MEL, UNIX shell & Perl scripting, 3D programming and the Maya C++ is mandatory. A thorough and creative understanding of physical motion, balance, weight, form and human/animal anatomy is also expected and highly desired.
