Please sombody, I really need this.

Hey im new to after effects. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make a cartoon effect (for a video). Mabe somthing similar to the cutout effect on photoshop. Just anything that looks cartoon-like. PLEASE!!http://cgtalk.com/images/smilies/grin.gif Almost like a cell shade thing
