I imported a "set" I made into Maya in .OBJ format. The model looked fine, and the Hypershade seemed to recognize all the different shader groups I made. However, It doesn't seem to remember which polys in the model were assigned to which Shader. I've had this problem with various .obj imports before. Is there a way to fix this?
I could go in and rejustify every poly in the model, but thats something I would prefer to avoid.
