I reckon a bit of a mixture between the two. I guess he's deep in the ocean being trolled for something so maybe get that kind of mood, more blue? Anyway, this is one of my persoal faves so keep it goin'!!!:beer:

Should my sub have external lights so passanger can see fish or is it more thrilling to sit in almost dark and watch radar screen waiting for hit?

Yeah, much nicer:) I juust think you need to tune the radar glow a bit so that some more blue light fills the cockpit. A bit longer shot with some volume to the "water" would probably round it out but i guess in time, you wil reveal the animal chasing the "lure" !??!

a piece of advice id like to give you : don't render it in blender, render it in vl or lf, or some other external renderer, it would be a shame if your work would look bad just because you didnt take the "right" renderer.....

try to change the camera angle to a "frog perspective" with his eyes looking in the camera, and make the fov a bit smaller. I think that will add alot of tension to this scene.
and I think the last pic is a little to dark, it was kinda hard to see what it was.

I think it is to much "closeup". we can't really see the sport right now.. try to make it a more "faraway shoot" if possible.
but I think it's much more action in the last camera angle then before, maybe try some different cameraAngles and let us pic the one we all like the most :)

I'm rendering some new angles and post em when i make few more.

PotatoHead: Don't worry i know that there is better renderer out there, but i'll stick to Blender untill i have something worth render properly. Eaven this work could improve with better renderer, but it wont make my models better.

But in some day................

Sorry i havn't posted in response to the last coupla renders but I have to say EXCELLENT!! you really have caught the mood here! As I mentioned probably some more volume in the "water" to create depth but the characters expression (in the closeup especially) is priceless. Anyway i worked little more with this, there is lot to do list, but i'm working on it. Hopefully i finnish this someday.
