Master and Servant 2D Entry: Ong Chee-Yang

This is my first concept sketch.
There are still some things I'm not satisfied with. Will streamline it as I go along.
But basically, I'm trying to express the 'master & servant' relationship by portraying one weak and incapacitated being having absolute control over another supposedly bigger/stronger individual.

Very nice idea. A bit like master/blaster in Mad Max. Very well drawn as well. I can see in your drawing how you have lowered the monkey man. Looks better. What the background going to look like?

The backstory: A man is subdued and blinded by a multi-eyed squid-like creature and is forced to help it escape it's labyrinthine prison of water-filled caverns.
