There might be a custom Photoshop brush for making chalk strokes
somewhere on the web, or you could try to make one yourself...:shrug:

Yeah, just paint the chalk writing in Photoshop and use that as a texture :shrug:

...Or you could experiment a bit with all those "noises", "grains" and "styles" from the filters.
I can't remember, but I think that there should be a "chalk" filter, I guess "charcoal" might do the thing too.
Just write something and experiment with filters for an hour. :)

How about finding a blackboard, getting some chalk, and writing it.

anyone know where i can find a brush or the setting for a brush for photoshop for the chalk?
