Does anyone know what technique did they use in their characters. Did they use Maya Hair for their character?Can someone help me how to achieve animated hair effects or do you happen to know a website focusing on hair ?Thanks in advanec. May the force be with you

I advise you to buy Digital Tutors vids, they have a cool dvd about hair techniques

I really cant remember a good and deep hair tutorial by now

Man as i know they made their own hair plugin! If u saw movie X-Man 2 u'll see also nice hair. That hair was done using Shave&Haircut!

I agree with Shave & A Haircut. It's a lot more powerful then Maya Hair (it's collision dynamics calculated SO MUCH faster....) and you cut an enormous assortment of high quality styling tools.

Square no doubt uses their own hair system, but it's not to say that S&AH can't achieve the same thing.
