I am hoping i can get some suggestions cleaning up a model; I unfortunately have some five patch corners and i can't quite clean them up enough. I have gone over them numerous time aligning each cv to where it's tangent, global stitch, stitch edges, align surfaces . . . can anyone help? here are some images, the red showing the bad patches just for reference.

have you tried playing with different max seperation values.........
