when i convert RGB file to CMYK it looks the same in photoshop, but in some other programs like ACDSee, freehand etc the colours look odd. and when i print it through CMYK printer it looks different.
how to get the desired colour like RGB while printing in CMYK?

are your other programs using the same colour management settings as photoshop?
