Yeah, I'm in with the following idea:
This is one of the "How it could be - scenarios". For example what the world could have been if in WW II the nazis would have won, or maybe how it would be after a fictitious WW III where the cold war would have become a hot one and the forces of the communists have won. However, my vision is this, there is a dictator or one of his representatives standing on a balcony covered by two guards of his personal army (kind of the pretorians that guarded Ceasar) and he is holding a speech to the captives. They either have the chance to join him, accept his leadership and obey his orders or they will be taken to prison or worse...
I don't know if I have the abilities to master this task and time is running out because in 3 weeks university starts again, but I will try to make it.
